Introduction

This Refund Policy of Steveraton Group Incorporated abbreviated as SGI Policy, clearly informs you all you need to know about your right to a refund for any services or purchases not satisfied with from the SGI platform via our website or mobile application which meets up with our terms and conditions as agreed that you are not default to. By accepting this Policy, you agree that you have read this Policy carefully to understand your rights as set out below.

YOU AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

SGI is a self-service platform that lets clients choose their best means of how to be served in the client most preferable way and that allows you to give us the description according to your best choice of how you want us to best serve you. SGI only uses the Platform to allow clients from various field of life to check into our services and is not directly involved in how you logged in your database and information.

Other third-party service providers are responsible for their terms of sale and for any inquiries that you may encounter using them or going through them as you are logging in your info on the SGI platform. We are, therefore, not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of the cancellation of any logging-in process or funds transferred during this period, or mishap experienced at any level of payment made via another service provider through our platform.

That SGI reserves the right to charge a one-time non-refundable processing fee as may best be considered convenient to our clients for every vital platform or stage to be visited on our site, or an agreed terms of fees to have access via the Platform, to some vital information or agreed payments to show commitment, price which you shall be informed of to avoid false deceit or SGI fees agreeably applicable to clients at the point of rendering a service.. If you are dissatisfied with the cancellation or quality of any of its services by a third party, SGI will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary arising out of or in any way connected with your experience at an event paid for via our Platform.

If you are dissatisfied with the cancellation or quality of the third-party placement and you request a refund from SGI or any of its subsidiaries, you are only entitled to a refund for a service not rendered in line with our contact agreement, but if contrary, you have no right to a refund.

SGI committed charges for service rendered will not be part of the refund due to you. If you experience any of the circumstances mentioned above, you agree to reach out directly to us at SGI to discuss it, our doors are open for a peaceful dialogue.
